Reservation and Cancellation Policies

We’re committed to providing every patient with the best possible care and a smooth scheduling experience. To help us manage appointment times, theatre bookings, and surgical resources efficiently, please review the following policies.

Appointment Cancellations

We understand that unexpected changes can happen. If you need to adjust or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for

at least 24 hours’ notice.

Changes with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $100 non-attendance fee
No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee

Theatre Bookings for Cosmetic Procedures

Surgical bookings require extensive preparation and coordination across our clinical team, anaesthetist, theatre staff, and equipment suppliers. Because of the resources involved, the following policies ensure that surgical time is reserved appropriately. Dr Mooney’s surgical schedule is planned for months in advance, as many patients have planned their schedules to arrange for surgery.

Booking Fee

A $1,000 surgery booking fee is required to secure your surgical date
This fee is non‑refundable and will be applied toward your total surgical cost

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge if done more than 30 days before your surgery
Any additional changes, or any rescheduling within 30 days, will result in the loss of the original $1,000 booking fee
- A new surgical date will require an additional $1,000 booking fee, which is NOT applied to the surgical fee

Late Changes

Cancellations or rescheduling within 7 days of surgery will result in a 50% forfeiture of all fees paid

Final Payment

Full payment for your surgery is due 2 weeks before your scheduled date
If payment is not received by this time, your surgery may be cancelled, and the $1,000 booking fee and surgical date will be forfeited
