The booking deposit is to be used by potential patients who have contacted the clinic and have already been offered an appointment time. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the booking deposit will NOT be refunded. We are happy to refund the deposit if we are advised before 48 hours of your inability to attend the clinic.
